I've been using EasyGerb and it's been working great.  The only one thing that is giving me some problem is the conversion of an AutoCAD font (txt.shx) into silkscreen.  The capital "A"s have a leading horizontal line that extends into the space in front of the letter (and causes warnings/errors when running DFM check), which I haven't seen before.  Is this a known bug?  Is there a workaround other than changing to use another font?

EasyGerb ships with it's own TXT.SHX font file (located in the folder:   .../EasyGerb/shxfont/txt.shx   ).  It's an original font file from 1998 that shipped with AutoCAD 14.  Maybe Autodesk changed the SHX font standard over the years.  If so, just overwrite that old txt.shx font file with the one that your AutoCAD version is using and see if that resolves the problem.

Note:  I can also recommend is substituting with a similar text font like SIMPLEX.shx, or substituting with the truetype font: TXT.
