I recently used FAB3000 to convert a Gerber file to AutoCAD DWG.  I imported the Gerber file with a .GDO extension.  Because the file has poly-endcaps on all the paths, when I export to AutoCAD, I Output Paths As: Polyline with Endcaps.  I noticed after doing this the endcaps or paths move so the endcaps bulge out further than they should.  The result is where the endcaps would have been buried within a path is now sticking out to make the line quality look bumpy.  Why is this happening?

I am using FAB3000 version 7.6.16 and can send the file with a screen capture of what I'm seeing.
